In Key West, we see lots of wedding couples trading in the snow and ice for sunshine and surf. But not these two! Fellow Floridians, Jasmine and Chase, along with 12 guests of family and friends, drove down from Palm Coast, Florida for their wedding weekend at Old Town Manor.
Jasmine and Chase held an intimate ceremony in our Gardens in May 2016 with a reception dinner at Roof Top Cafe. A four day weekend of beach fun, wedding bliss, great food, and a sailboat charter created lifetime memories to remember.
The couple chose this beautiful bamboo arbor, delicately draped with with sheer fabric, and topped off with a floral gathering. Love in Bloom florist provided the construction while our garden chairs provided the seating, although most of the guests were standing as members of the wedding party!
Reverend Steve Torrence, a local favorite, presided over the nuptials. Grandmother offered a little advice before the ceremony with the Best Man ready to escort her to her seat. Her look is quite stunning, we might add!
The Father of the Bride entertained us and the guests all weekend. Bridesmaids adorned a cool, celadon dress — perfect for a garden ceremony in Key West!
Bridesmaids carried simple rose bouquets and the groomsmen wore casual gray suits.
Veterinarian by day, Bride by night! Jasmine held a stunning bouquet of cabbage roses and silver dollar eucalyptus.
What to do when certain family members can’t attend the celebration? Position a laptop, connect to WiFi, and voila! Turn around and wave during the ceremony, of course!
Congratulations to Jasmine and Chase and cheers to another beautiful Old Town Manor wedding! We wish the happy couple the best.
